We are looking for a highly motivated and forward-thinking Business Development Director to lead our sales initiatives. The Business Development Director will support and guide internal and external relationships. This professional must be a strategic and critical thinker with a proven record of automotive sales success in expanding company objectives and exceeding business goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to partner with vendors and manufacturers
  • Inform current and potential partners about key business developments
  • Manage existing partnerships
  • Enforce company policies consistently and fairly
  • Develop and organizes new business development initiatives
  • Oversee department budget
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department to ensure proper branding
  • Evaluate company goals on a quarterly basis


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience successfully leading a sales initiative or project
  • Combination of private/public/nonprofit sales experience a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in management/supervision
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent financial management skills
